Application

Our Island Swivel product offers a specific functional design. It allows the rotation of a board on top of a stationary furniture element such as a shelf, kitchen bench or sideboard, with the board does overhang on two sides, thus creating a small seating or working area.

Our smart products are enabling space saving, ideal for kitchen, home office and similar environments, where the usage of a furniture element is only required temporarily or at certain times. The moveable board can be rotated specifically when placed against an obstructing wall, a movement that is normally not possible.

The rectangular board can be pulled away from the wall and then rotated outwards by 90 degrees. With an overhang on two sides additional space is created for temporary usage. When no longer required, the board can again be easily stowed away with a rotation and push inwards.

Due to its symmetrical design the Island Swivel product can be installed for left or right usage.

For installation a rectangular, moveable board as well as a stationary furniture base such as a shelf, kitchen bench or similar is required.

The installation does not require any milling.
